This directory contains a list of vendors that remain ineligible based on their failure to satisfy s.16.765, Wis. Stats. (requirement of Affirmative Action in employment for vendors doing business with the State of Wisconsin).
Please follow these steps to view the list:
- Go to https://vendornet.wi.gov/
- Click on "General Procurement" in the menu bar at the top of the page
- Click on "Wisconsin Office of Contract Compliance Vendor Directory" from the General Procurement Information list
- This is an excel spreadsheet. Go down to the bottom of the sheet and you will see two tabs, “Eligible” and “Ineligible.”
