Hired as Campus Climate’s Communications & Assessment Coordinator in August of 2006, Amanda brings interpersonal communication strengths and graphic design skills obtained from her undergraduate education at UW-Platteville. There she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications in 2001, and after spending three years working in the graphic design world, Amanda went on to receive her M.S.E. at UW-La Crosse in 2006. Shaped by her educational and personal experiences, Amanda brings a commitment to cross-cultural understanding and a passion for creating awareness. She feels fortunate to be in a position where she can work to enhance the campus climate, champion social justice issues and create positive change within the UW-L campus community and beyond.
