This experiential mini-conference, shaped by the principles of anti-racism, is designed for students who acknowledge systems of white privilege and oppression and desire to further explore their personal and collective responsibility within a racialized society. The mini-conference will begin with Allyhood Foundations, an interactive conversation promoting increased awareness and knowledge around racism, white privilege and allyhood. Subsequently, participants will exercise deep listening, practice empathy, engage in self-reflection, and identify skills necessary for becoming more effective Partners in Movement.
