Program Assistant Professional Development Program (PAPD)
This program seeks to enhance the individual and collective value, image, competence, and impact of program assistants and related classifications at UW-L. It endeavors to: provide education, training and information; elevate standards and promote good working relationships and increased communication with management; inspire and equip all administrative professionals to attain excellence recognized by the UW-L community; support peers through the sharing of information, and direction regarding available resources, procedures, and contacts; and build confidence and teamwork skills through leadership training and experience. Mentoring Programs
The PAPD program (above) offers a mentoring program designed to provide a communication network, support system, and professional development to all program assistants and related classifications (existing, new, transferring, promotional, and LTE) within the UW-La Crosse campus community.
