Submission Guidelines
We are now seeking submissions for the third online edition of
The Catalyst. The Catalyst is UW-La Crosse's uncensored literary
publication, which accepts your personal essays, poetry, short
stories, photographs, and artwork. It originated as a
publication of the University Honors Program, but now is edited
and produced by members of the English Club.
Since The Catalyst has moved to an online format, we also
accept original video and music clips at or below 10 minutes
long. Written submissions should be no longer than 2,000 words.
All creative minds including students, faculty, staff, and
community members are encouraged to submit their work!
Change is something we all undergo, therefore this semesters theme will be "Turning the Page," to encompass all the changes that will affect our futures. Be it a challenge or a joy, we would love to hear about any and all life experiences that you are facing. Submissions outside of this issue's theme are also welcome. Please send your creative works as attachments to catalyst@uwlax.edu. We ask that all photography be submitted in .jpeg format.
