The Lesson Study Project
Instructors work in small teams to jointly design, teach, study and refine class lessons. They develop learning goals, design instruction to address goals, observe and analyze student learning, and develop materials that can be used by other instructors.

Teaching Portfolio Project
Instructors meet during the year to develop, discuss, evaluate and refine teaching portfolio materials. Each participant creates an evidence-based portfolio that documents teaching and student learning.
