Lesson Study Mid-Year Survey
The Mid-Year Survey is for all instructors participating in the 2007 lesson Study Training Grants. The information you provide will help us better understand how lesson study affects college teachers and how we might improve the training and support we provide.
Complete the survey between the first and second iterations of your lesson study. That is, after you have designed, taught, observed, analyzed and revised the lesson for the first time, and before you teach the revised lesson.
By completing the survey you grant permission for your data to be used in future presentations and publications. Note that your responses are anonymous and that your responses in an aggregate form may be used in presentations and publications about lesson study. In some cases individual quotations may be used in presentation or publications but these will be anonymous, and your name will not be used in reporting the data.
