Sometimes artists paint outside
to capture the beauty of the

We will use big paintbrushes and
water to “paint” the shed. |

Thursday |
Many people enjoy picnics
outdoors in their neighborhood. |
Let’s Go on
a Picnic

We will prepare a picnic snack
and then go on a picnic. |

Friday |

We will join the other groups
for the Storytelling Festival at
Myrick Park.
We’ll have a picnic lunch
there too. |

Changes to the Environment |
We will use blankets to turn the
dome climber into a tent for
dramatic play.
For art play we will work
with sidewalk chalk and for
sensory play we will explore the
sandbox.
For construction play we
will build outside using the
playground blocks.
We’ll do some weaving on
the fence outside for small
motor play and we’ll blow and
chase bubbles for large motor
play. |
