Monday

We can explore many things in nature when we are outside.

We will collect items from nature and use them to make a collage.

Tuesday

Many animals live outdoors.

We will go on a buggy ride and tally all the animals we see.

Wednesday

Trees, flowers, plants and grass are growing outside.

In the Tall, Tall Grass

We will explore our school garden.

Thursday

We can play outside.

Duck and His Friends

We will play some outdoor games such as tag and hide and go seek.

Friday

We can see the clouds and the sun in the sky.

We will lay on our backs and watch things in the sky.

Changes to the Environment

The dramatic play area will feature housekeeping.  For art we will use sidewalk chalk and for sensory play we will blow and chase bubbles.  We will use sensory blocks in the construction area and stringing beads will be available for fine motor play.  For large motor play we will climb hills and roll down them.
