Faculty & Staff Information

  • Faculty in Attendance:

    • Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Enter through the doors below the “Graduate Entrance” sign. Two large signs will be hung outside and above the La Crosse Center doors. One sign stating “Guest Entrance” and another indicating “Graduate Entrance”. Once inside, proceed down the escalator and continue to the right. Faculty and staff will convene in the North Hall Lobby area. There will be a large sign marking the area.

    • Attn Graduate Program Director(s): Please arrive one hour prior to the ceremony and report to the Ballroom in the La Crosse Center to distribute hoods to your graduate students (if participating).

    • Parking
      La Crosse Center Parking Ramp located on 2nd Street & Jay Street
      Parking Ramp located on Jay & Front Streets
      Parking Lot behind Hooters Restaurant

    • Coat racks are available. The North Hall Lobby area is not a secure area – please refrain from bringing any valuables.

    • Ceremony should last 2 hours in length. For any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to give Tracy Noyes a call, 785-6511. We appreciate any feedback after the ceremony in order to continually make improvements to the program.
