Guest Information

• You do not need to obtain tickets for your guests to attend commencement.

• The ceremony will last approximately 2-2½ hours.

• For any out of town guests requiring overnight accommodations, we recommend reserving hotel rooms soon since we expect a heavy demand. A listing of La Crosse area hotels is available at http://www.explorelacrosse.com.

• For those needing special accommodations due to a disability, there are “Special Needs” sections in the La Crosse Center. Please note: We are unable to reserve seats for family or friends in the "Special Needs" seating area. “Special Needs” seating is on a first-come basis.
