Guest Information

  • You do not need to obtain tickets for your guests to attend commencement. There is no limit to the amount of family and friends who may attend the ceremony.

  • The ceremony will last approximately 2 hours.

  • For any out of town guests requiring overnight accommodations, we recommend reserving hotel rooms soon since we expect a heavy demand. A listing of La Crosse area hotels is available at http://www.explorelacrosse.com.

  • For those needing special accommodations due to a disability, there are “Special Needs” sections in the La Crosse Center. Please note: We are unable to reserve seats for family or friends in the "Special Needs" seating area. “Special Needs” seating is on a first-come basis. We will accommodate all individuals needing "Special Needs" seating.

  • Reception & Meeting Up with Your Graduate
     You can meet your graduate immediately following the ceremony in South Hall in the La Crosse Center. A reception with refreshments will be served in this area.
