਍ഀ ਍ഀ

The common syllabus for CST 110 is਍ഀ a part of your instructor’s syllabus. ਍ഀ CST 110 is an integral and challenging part of the UWL schedule of core਍ഀ courses.  The core courses involve਍ഀ skills and knowledge that the university faculty have determined to be਍ഀ essential for academic and professional success. The following assignments,਍ഀ common to all sections of CST 110, address the CST 110 course objectives:

਍ഀ ਍ഀ

਍ഀ ਍ഀ

There will be four to six graded individual extemporaneous਍ഀ oral presentations given in the classroom in front of the other students of the਍ഀ class.

·        ਍ഀ At least two presentations will be informative in nature.

਍ഀ ਍ഀ

Although speeches are developed and given individually your਍ഀ instructor may use various methods including group work during the preparation਍ഀ stage.  In order to begin fulfilling the਍ഀ department’s writing-in-the-major਍ഀ program, students are expected to develop and use preparation outlines਍ഀ to plan their speeches and use speaking outlines while delivering their਍ഀ speeches.  APA (American Psychological਍ഀ Association) format should be used for referencing supporting materials.  Each section will visit Murphy Library for a਍ഀ library orientation exercise.

਍ഀ ਍ഀ

਍ഀ ਍ഀ

NOTE: your਍ഀ instructor will determine instructions and requirements for all assignments਍ഀ including evaluation criteria.
