$45 (Fee includes one 6’ skirted table and chair, lunch and refreshments)

Exhibitor times: Thursday, 7 am-5 pm (includes setup/teardown time)

Cancellation Policy: Full refund less $25 processing fee before September 6, 2013. No refunds on or after September 6, 2013. Registration implies permission for photos, publicity & inclusion in a participant list unless Continuing Education is notified in writing prior to the program.
