Cost:

  • $75, Summit Registration (Sept. 18), includes full conference, refreshments, lunch, materials and continuing education hours
  • $25, Student Fee for Summit (Sept. 18), a limited number of reduced fee scholarships for full-time students are available. To register at the student rate, please call 608.785.6504. Fee does not include lunch.
