Art 21: Art in the Twenty-first Century
CEUs and credit option are available.
Who are today’s artists? What are they thinking about? How do they describe their work? Why do they do what they do? “Art:21–Art in the Twenty-First Century,” a PBS television series, focuses on contemporary visual art and artists in the United States. Fascinating and intimate footage allows you to observe the artists at work, watch their process as they transform inspiration into art, and hear their thoughts as they grapple with the physical and visual challenges of achieving their artistic visions. Each week will cover one episode of the series followed by an in-depth discussion and 'hands on' activity.
