We get involved in your program as a partner. We'll manage the day-to-day marketing, financial and logistical details--allowing you to concentrate on the conference content.

Year-round meeting space is
available including classrooms, general session seating for up
to 3,000, summer housing for 1,800 and performance stages.
Campus food service provides excellent refreshment breaks, receptions, banquets, buffets and more. Meals can vary from low-cost cafeteria-style service to formal banquets.
Other available buildings on campus include the Centre for the Arts with theatre and recital hall, planetarium and the Recreation Eagles Center with running track, basketball courts, dance studio, racquetball courts, weight room and tennis courts. UW-L also has rock climbing walls and an outdoor ropes course.
Our conference staff can arrange for AV equipment, photocopying, phone hook-ups, Internet access, teleconferencing and video conferencing.
