What supervisors, managers and leaders say...
“I have a negative employee who I need to confront and I have new tools to use now.”
“(I will) get rid of some systems and mental models that interfere with resident care.”
“The disability of “I am my position” is rampant where I work. My goal: to facilitate positive teamwork among disciplines.”
“(I will) be more aware of productive and nonproductive conflict resolution styles that I use and identify how each
staff member uses conflict resolution.”“I feel less stressed as I have been empowering my staff to take on more ownership and responsibility for issues on
site – which ironically has led me to feeling more “on top of things” and much more in control and professional.”
