Cost:

• $195 (includes opening reception, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, Tuesday lunch and instructional materials)
• Sunday evening only: $15 (includes opening reception and keynote presentation)
• Monday only: $115 (includes continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and instructional materials)
  • Optional Monday Boxed Lunch $10 can be pre-ordered with registration (ham, turkey, roast beef or vegetarian sandwich, includes beverage, chips, fruit and cookie)
• Tuesday only: $115 (includes continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch and instructional materials)

Cancellation Policy: Refunds minus a $25 processing fee if requests are submitted in writing to UW-La Crosse Continuing Education and Extension, 1725 State St, 205 Morris Hall, La Crosse, WI 54601, received by Friday, October 2. No refunds will be given after Friday, October 2. Substitutions can be made at any time.
