Registration implies permission for photos, publicity & inclusion in a participant list unless Continuing Education/Extension is notified in writing prior to the program.
Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given, minus $50 processing fee, if requests are submitted in writing to UW-La Crosse Continuing Education & Extension, 1725 State Street, 205 Morris Hall, La Crosse, WI 54601, and received no later than two weeks before the start of the program. No refunds will be made in the case of non-attendance or less than two week notice. Substitutions will be accepted.
