Mindfulness Group for Stress Reduction The 6-week Mindfulness program includes the opportunity for participants to learn and practice mindfulness with an instructor/leader, as well as on their own time. At the end of the group, they will have developed a plan that they will be able to use in the future to manage stress and support their ability to find happiness in everyday life. |
