(format may vary according to students needs).

If not available, find out if the book is
available in electronic text from publisher (need either .txt,
.doc, .pdf (adobe), or .rtf format) by doing the following steps:

Find the publisher of the book.
i.
Do a web search for the book. To do: type in Name of the book
(and author if needed) under search box.
NOTE: put the name of the book in all caps or quotations.
NOTE: When researching, use the name of the book or journal, NOT the
chapter or
essay title.
ii.
another option is to contact
Textbook rental to find the information (i.e. ISBN number,
publisher, copyright, etc).

Contact Publisher.
i.
Go to Publisher Chart (microsoft
excel document) to find
Publisher’s website and email address. Click directly on the
link,
this will take you right to the site or open an e-mail address to
send the request to.
ii.
If not on Publisher Chart find the publisher’s website by
doing a web search (type publisher in search box).
