Additional Responsibilities: Liaison for both Student Support Services and Disability Resource Services, Advisor for Students Advocating Potential Ability (SAPA)
Education: Master's Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, emphasis in vocational evaluation at UW-Stout, Certified Counselor
Specialties: Providing career and academic counseling to people with disabilities, campus expert on euthanasia for persons with disabilities.
Special Interests: Golfing, camping, canoeing, bicycling, backpacking and traveling

Chris Coppess
Current Position: Advisor, Alternative Media and Assistive Technology Specialist
Additional Responsibilities: Assist with the testing in the DRS office, serve as a campus expert on assistive technology and universal design in physical facilities.
Education: B.S. degree in Business from the University of Iowa, M.S. in Post Secondary Programs for Persons with Disabilities.
Specialties: Assistive Technology, Alternative Media
Special Interests: I enjoy all of the outdoor activities that the community and the area provide. I enjoy running, camping, golf, and I am looking forward in adding biking, and hiking. I also like to hunt and fish, for me these are great ways to connect with friends and family. I feel very privileged to work at this university because I get to work in a career that I love, and I am close to the great outdoors.

Jennifer Bell
Current Position: Advisor for Students with Disabilities, Intake Coordinator, Freshman Registration Coordinator
Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate staff meetings with various offices on campus, Develop documentation criteria, Editor of the DRS Student Newsletter
Education: B.S. in Psychology from Viterbo University, M.S.Ed. from UW-La Crosse in School Psychology
Specialties: Interpreting documentation, working with students through the transition from high-school to college.
Special Interests: Spending time with family, playing with my two daughters, reading, and traveling

Karmin Van Domelen
Current Position: Program Assistant/Accommodations Coordinator
Education: Graduate of U. W. L. and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology. She also has an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Academy in Pittsburgh, PA.
Special Interests: enjoys special event planning, writing, cooking, various arts and crafts as well as leisure outdoor sports.
Karmin lives in La Crosse with her husband Gary and her son Sean. She believes it is important to stay involved in community projects or programs, especially those that serve underprivileged children and their families.
