EagleApps on your Desktop

Get shortcuts to EagleApps on your desktop.  Also, set EagleApps as your default mail program when you click a link to send e-mail.  Requires the Google Chrome internet browser.
EagleApps Shortcuts

Step 1: If you do not have the Chrome internet browser from Google already installed, install it from www.google.com/chrome.

Step 2: After Chrome has been installed download and install the application from here.

Google Talk & Video and Voice Browser Plug-in

Download and install Google Talk to get a full featured instant messaging client and EagleApps inbox notifications in your Windows Task Bar.
After installing, use your entire email address (last.firs@uwlax.edu) and your EagleApps password to login to Google Talk.

Download and install the Video and voice plug-in to use EagleApps video and voice chat directly from your browser.

Both are available at www.google.com/talk. 

Google Apps Migration for Microsoft Outlook

Transfer e-mail, calendar items, and contacts from your Outlook profile to EagleApps.  Great tool for moving archived messages in Outlook to EagleApps (.pst files or Personal Folders).  You can download and run the tool by following the directions at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/outlookmigration.  Please note that migrating large amounts of data may take several hours.
After installing, use your entire email address (last.firs@uwlax.edu) and your EagleApps password to login to EagleApps.  Browse your computer to find the .pst files you would like to copy to EagleApps.

Google Apps Sync for Outlook (Use Outlook as your EagleApps E-mail Client)

This program will set up a new profile in Outlook that allows you to use Outlook with EagleApps.  To install and setup this application visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync.  After it is installed and configured this tool will launch when you run Outlook and keep your e-mail client and web-based interface for EagleApps synchronized.
