UW-L's Classroom Technology Modernization is managed by Educational Technologies located in the Wing Technology Center. Ed Tech designs installation of instructional technology into existing or proposed classroom/lecture halls on campus. Attention is focused on creating an effective teaching environment instead of just incorporating "new" systems into a space without considering accepted design criteria. The instructional technology may include video/computer large screen presentation devices, audio playback/recording systems, student response systems, two way video communication systems or presentation and room environmental system remote controls.
