System can be controlled
from the black, wireless AMX panel or from the AMX panel in the equipment rack
located in the kitchen.

2.) Choose the audio configuration description that
is closest to your need. IMPORTANT: Use the “DVD 5.1 Digital Only” preset if you
are showing a DVD. For any other video
souce use preset two, “VCR/TV/COMPUTER.” Failure to follow this instruction may cause audio problems.

3.) At the third screen you will see button icons
across the top. Choose the signal source
that you need:
PC = Personal Computer (VGA
signal from the wall box in the northwest corner of the Great Hall)
VCR = Mini-DV/VHS video
tape/cable TV player located in the kitchen rack
DVD = Player located in the kitchen
equipment rack
RADIO = AM/FM radio receiver with
station presets and scan feature
PROJ OFF = Turns off video projector
only, audio remains

4.) Please note the audio controls on each
screen. There are three distinct
controls:
MIC = Raise (+) and lower (-) audio
level of the microphone(s)
IMPORTANT—microphone may not work until you touch the “+” icon
MUTE = Mutes both mic and source audio
– touch the icon again to unmute
5.) To power off system touch the “Exit” button in the lower left corner
of the screen
IMPORTANT—answer the question “Yes” if you wish to power down or “No” if you touched the button in error

NOTES:
--The wireless panel has a
screen saver to preserve battery life.
If the screen goes black simply touch it to bring it back to life.
--Audio can be heard in the
hallway, Gathering Space, front reception desk and outside patio if you require
it. Simply push the upper button on the
wall control located near each area.
--Each wireless microphone
has a number label. This number refers
to the input control on the microphone mixer in the kitchen eqipment rack.
--The wireless microphones
are powered by two AA batteries. There
is a pushbutton power switch on the buttom of the handheld mics and on the body
pack of the lavalier microphones.
--Each of the three
microphone jacks in the Great Hall are active.
--If you don’t have any
microphone level, make sure you touch the “+” on the microphone level
control. This will restore the
microphone audio.
