Welcome to ESLT2
The intent of this site is to serve as a clearinghouse for issues on teaching and learning, to provide a source for faculty resources, to list faculty development opportunities, and to provide information on innovative teaching and learning strategies from around the country.
As you browse through this site you will find a multitude of resources to available through ITS, the campus, UW-System, and state and national organizations and repositories. Hopefully these resources will aid faculty as they search for answers, consider new processes, or look at new creative ways of enhancing learning.
The purpose of ESTL2 is to begin looking beyond what has been termed in the past as faculty development. If you have general or specific questions as to how ESTL2 can help in enhancing student learning feel free to contact, Jim Jorstad, Director of Educational Technologies/ITS in Wing Technology Center. He will serve as your “personal agent” to direct you to appropriate resources, help to offer options in effectively integrating technology into the classroom, or provide ideas and concept to develop and create multi-media materials or concepts to aid in the teaching process. This is a new campus venture that we encourage you to explore, experience, and to participate in.
