Use this form to request copies of MSDS's not located in an electronic database or UW-L's MSDS Inventory list. MSDS requests will only be processed for UW-La Crosse employees and students. Please be complete and accurate to allow your request to be processed in a timely manner. The Environmental Health and Safety Office will provide you a copy of the MSDS shortly after is is received from the manufacturer.
