purchased a site license for ErgoSmartTM. ErgoSmart is an
easy-to-use WindowsTM based ergonomic instructional software
package specifically designed to help video display terminal
usersâ work more comfortably with their computers. This
self-paced training and refresher software can help reduce the
potential for carpal tunnel syndrome, back pain, eye strain and
other common ailments associated with computer use. Do

How to get a free copy of ErgoSmart:
Send your name, campus address and one pre-formatted 3.5"
HD (1.4MB) diskette to Dan Sweetman, Environmental Health and
Safety, Physical Plant Building. Your diskette will be returned
with an easy to install version of ErgoSmart.

Windows 3.0 or greater
1.5 MB hard disk space
Color or monochrome monitor
VGA display adapter
Windows supported printer (if you want to print)
PC/XT/AT/PS-2 or 100% compatible
Windows compatible mouse
Site License Agreement:
By requesting this program you agree to abide by the Site
License Agreement. The Agreement states that ErgoSmart must only
be used on stand alone computers at the UW-La Crosse.
