Grades will be based on exams and written homework. Altogether there will be 500 possible points. A student's grade will be determined by what precentage of those points he or she earns. Point values and the exam schedule are as follows: Hour Exams: Friday, Sept. 23 75 points Friday, Oct. 21 75 points Wednesday, Nov. 23 75 points Final Exam: Monday, Dec. 19, 10:00 am - 12:00 noon 100 points Written work: 175 points Grading Scale: A 91% - 100% AB at least 86% but less than 91% B at least 81% but less than 86% BC at least 76% but less than 81% C at least 70% but less than 76% D at least 60% but less than 70% F below 60%
