OBJECTIVES------:This course will introduce
students to financial and managerial information systems as they
apply to commercial, non-profit and governmental entities. Our studies
will include finacial accounting concepts, managerial concepts and information
processes necessary for these organizations to function.
After review of the information systems we will review exambles of
accounting presentations for non-profit and governmental entities.
Finally, a compliance review for non-profit tax status will be presented.
