ACC 235/ Cr. 3 Survey of Accounting Basic accounting principles and procedures: the accounting equation,
analysis of transactions and accounting cycle. Basic
concepts and procedures of fund (not-for-profit) accounting. Primarily
for students seeking careers in public administration,
such as state and local government agencies, schools, hospitals and
other not-for-profit institutions. Prerequisite: sophomore
standing. (Not open to students in the College of Business Administration.)
