Welcome to my website/e-portfolio!
I am the Director of the Medical Dosimetry Program at UW-L.I
teach online courses in addition to my administrative duties of
the program. I have been teaching in the health care environment
since 1992 and teaching online since 2003. The purpose of this
website/e-portfolio is to present my growth in teaching, reflect
upon my practices, demonstrate my philosophy of teaching, and
establish my goals for future instruction and professional
development.
The framework for my e-portfolio is a resume style approach with a holistic feature that displays my personal and professional development. This e-portfolio demonstrates my commitment to online teaching and the student learning environment. It displays my growth as an online teacher and learner. Reflective practices assist me in self-evaluation and guide me with improvements, learning, and goal setting. This e-portfolio is also a demonstration of my intellectual, affective, and emotional domains that allow me to display my creative expression in teaching and professional development.
