The meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. by Dan Duquette, Chair.  

1.    Appeal of Student "A" to be admitted to the MBA Program.  

Please note, correction to minutes:  "Student A" appealed to be admitted to graduate study without having met the minimum TOEFL score, 550, or achieving a score of 80 on the La Crosse Battery of English Language Proficiency.

M/S/P to deny his/her appeal.  (6 yes, 1 abstention)

2.    Appeal for Graduate Program Time Extension:  Student "B" (Biology/Microbiology)  

M/S/P to approve Graduate Program Time Extension to December 2002 for "Student B" (Biology/Microbiology). (7 yes, 0 no)
