1. The meeting was called to order at 8:10 am by convener Marc Rott.
2. Marc Rott was elected committee chair; Adrienne Loh was elected secretary.
3. The Committee heard an appeal of academic ineligibility from CLS:
Student #1 Denied 0-9-1 (student did not appear)
4. The Committee heard an appeal for a change of grade from CBA:
Student #2 Approved 10-0-0 (student did not appear)
5. Committee recessed at 9:00 am, reconvened at 9:55 am.
6. The Committee heard an appeal of academic ineligibility from CBA:
Student #3 Denied 0-4-3
7. The Committee heard appeals of academic ineligibility from SAH:
Student #4 Approved 5-0-2
Student #5 Approved 7-0-0
