Present: S. Anglehart, D. Koster, J. Shanks, K. Sherony, S. Shillinger
1. The minutes of the December 15, 2005 meeting were approved. (unanimous)
2. Koster distributed a draft of wording for the Articles of Organization that provided a more encompassing definition of the term “faculty.” The committee discussed other changes to the Articles that could be made so that they would appropriately reflect the decision to extend Faculty Senate governance coverage to all Instructional Academic Staff and Academic Librarians. Sherony agreed to draft wording for the next meeting.
3. The next committee meeting was scheduled for 3:30 p.m. on Friday, February 3.
4. The meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
