Meeting was convened at 8:07 a.m.

1. Revision of the format of APR report to the Senate

Betsy distributed a proposal for the new format prior to the meeting. The committee members discussed and added to the proposal the following item in the current form:

A summary of how the academic program attempts to reach its goals and objectives and the extent to which those goals and objectives have been achieved.

The new form was passed unanimously.

2. Adjourn

Meeting was adjourned at 8:30 am.
