1. M/S/A (7,0,0) to approve the minutes of 2/17/06 and 3/3/06.

2. Our proposal is on the Senate agenda for March 23. 

3. Editorial changes made to the report going to Senate.  M/S/A (7,0,0) to accept the amended report.
