Members Present: Rafique Ahmed, Deborah Buffton, Gary Gilmore, Curt Reithel,
Sheryl Ross. Ex Officio Members: Eric Kraemer, Jay Lokken,
Sandy Sieber, and Guest Scott Stine.
1. The meeting was called to order at 3:20 pm by Chair Sheryl Ross.
2. Scott Stine presented his Study Abroad Program “Indian J-Term 2009 Study Tour “, which was followed by discussions
and suggestions. M/S/P: 5, 0, 0. Proposal approved, pending modifications..
3. Dr. Gary Gilmore presented his Study Abroad Program “ 2009 Canadian Health Promotion/Public Health Study Tour,
March 12 – 20, 2009”, which was followed by discussions. M/S/P: 4, 0, 1. Proposal approved.
4. Next Meeting: September 29, 2008 (Monday), 4 – 5 pm, 111 Carl Wimberly Hall. The purpose will be to review the charges.
5. Meeting Adjourned at 5:15 pm.
