MINUTES
FRIDAY, APRIL 5, 2010

Present: Cravins, Dickmeyer, Grunwald, Knowles, Kopp, Longhurst, Mortell, Thoune, Tollefson, Toribio
Excused: Cloud, Nelson, Rivera
Sandy called the meeting to order at 12:08 PM.
I. Minutes were approved from the March 29 meeting, 10-0-0.
II. Linda and Heather presented the update for the ES Minor, but some information was still needed to complete the format. Keith Beyer, Director of the ES program, agreed to the recommendations from APR. He provided historical background which would be great to include with the APR Report. Therefore, this Review will be delayed for the April 5 Meeting to include that information.
III. PT Update: the Dean’s Letter is forthcoming. Once that is attached, the PT Review can be approved.
IV. Georges Cravins presented the initial draft of the HEHP (Health Education/Health Professional) Program, driven by the accreditation report that had a number of concerns.
V. Agenda for April 12 meeting:
Initial presentation of PETE (Physical Education/Teacher Education) 3-year progress report
Meeting adjourned at 1:00 PM.
