GRADUATE COUNCIL MINUTES

Members Present: Michele Thorman, Kasi Periyasamy, Rob Dixon, Glenn Wright, Abdulaziz Alfessi, Jim Finch, Michelle Stertz, Bernadette Taylor
Consultants Present: Bruce May, Charles Martin-Stanley, Chris Bakkum
The meeting was called to order at 10:02 am by Rob Dixon.
1. M/S/P (7-0-1) to approve minutes from October 23, 2009 meeting.
2. M/S/P (8-0-0) to move into closed session to review RSEL grants and graduate faculty applications.
3. RSEL grant review
4. Problems encountered while reviewing RSEL grant proposals were discussed.
5. Graduate Faculty Status Application Review
6. MSP (8-0-0) to go into open session.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:00 a.m.
