  1. Meeting was called to order by Convener Nicholas Downey at 4:32pm
  1. Welcome to new student member of the committee, Jennifer Bryson
  1. Approval of minutes from 9-27-10

a.       Proposed budget distributed by Emily Jacobson

b.      Discussion with recommended changes proposed

c.       Updated budget will be presented at next meeting

    1. Development of on-line grant submissions

                                                        i.            Revised guidelines distributed by Aric Opdahl (Convener)

    i.      No report; subcommittee has not met

    1. Discussion and feedback provided
    2. Motion: If a committee member is the faculty mentor for a student whose proposal is under review, the committee member will leave the room for the discussion of the proposal.
