Information Release 2015-16 If you would like the
Financial Aid Office to talk to your parent(s) (or other designated
individuals) about the status of your financial aid application,
processing procedures, eligibility and award amounts, extenuating
circumstances, appeal procedures and the implications of additional
resources, you must complete a 2015-16 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) Release Form and return it to the Financial Aid Office.
You will need to complete a new FERPA Form each year if you still want the Financial Aid Office to be able to talk to your designated individual(s).
