Agenda items for the Graduate Council must be submitted to the Office of University Graduate Studies, 223 Graff Main Hall, by 2:00 p.m. on the Friday before the next scheduled meeting.

Research Protocols from Campus Based Programs
(1) Research protocols for IRB review and approval must be submitted (electronically as one continuous document). Please send electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org. Full protocols submitted by the deadlines are expected to be reviewed in the next IRB meeting noted below.
(2) Research protocols deemed to be “expedited” and “exempt” will be reviewed on an ongoing basis and a decision made within 3 weeks or so following their receipt.
The IRB Committee is scheduled to meet on the following dates in 325 Graff Main Hall at 8:45 a.m. However, the schedule is subject to change at the discretion of IRB Committee.
