Faculty Development Grants
The UWL Faculty Development Committee (FDC) awards grants to support the professional development of faculty and instructional academic staff and projects intended to improve teaching and learning. There are three types of grants:
- Teaching Innovations - to try out new teaching strategies and approaches
- Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
- Professional Development

- Friday, February 5, 2010: Professional Development and Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Grants due in your College Dean’s office. Dean’s signature not required for Teaching Innovation Grants.
- Friday, February 12, 2010, NOON: email one (1) complete, final copy with appropriate signatures and letters of support, in Word or PDF format, to grants@uwlax.edu.
