Sororities and Fraternities

Alpha Xi Delta

This women's fraternity was founded in 1893 at Lombard College. AXiD's flower is the pink Killarney rose and its philanthropy is Autism Speaks, the largest autism advocacy and research organization in the country.

Alpha Phi

This sorority was founded in 1872 at Syracuse University. Alpha Phi's flowers are lily of the valleys and forget-me-nots and its philanthropy is Alpha Phi Foundation, supporting women's cardiac care and research.

Alpha Sigma Phi

The fraternity was founded at Yale University on December 6, 1845. This fraternity's purpose is to better the men and community of UWL through leadership development, campus involvement, high academics, community service, and brotherhood.

Delta Sigma Phi

This fraternity was founded in 1899 at the College of the City of New York. The fraternity flower is the white carnation and its philanthropy is the March of Dimes.

Sigma Tau Gamma

This fraternity was founded in 1920 at Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg, MO. The white rose is the fraternity's flower and works with Special Olympics in its philanthropic efforts.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon

This fraternity was founded in 1856 at the University of Alabama. Their motto is "Be True" which guides the fraternity's actions. The violet is the fraternity flower and conducts philanthropic events benefiting The Children's Miracle Network.

Chi Phi

This fraternity is one of the oldest in existence today and was founded in 1824 at Princeton University. Chi Phi men strive to be better men in their communities. The Boys and Girls Club is Chi Phi's philanthropy.
