Call 785-5000 - leave a voice mail message with the following information:
1. Your Name and Title (Example: Cris Smith, Chair of Botany Department)
2. Name, job title, employing dept/unit of the employee (Example: Jane Doe, Assistant Professor, Botany Department)
3. Building / floor / room number the employee works (Example: Cowley Hall, 2nd floor, Office #326 Cowley Hall)
4. First OR last day of absence (Example: Monday, September 28th)
