Unclassified Annual Leave Reminder Unclassified employees: all vacation hours that were carried over from fiscal year 2012 and all personal holiday hours that were earned in fiscal year 2013 will expire on June 30, 2013.  Your current leave balances are available to view on your My UW System Portal.  If you have leave that is expiring, please work with your supervisor to schedule time off before the end of June.

Open Meetings Now on Google Calendar  UW-La Crosse meeting announcements are being transitioned from Posterous to Google Calendars.  During the transition time, the Posterous feeds will remain on the site, and the Google Calendar feeds will be above them.  To submit a meeting notice or view upcoming meetings, visit uwlax.edu/meetings.  For search and screen, promotion, retention, tenure, and other employee evaluation related meetings, visit uwlax.edu/hr/post.htm.   To post a search and screen open meeting notice, email  hrservices@uwlax.edu at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

Mandatory Reporting Requirements The Governor recently signed into law Executive Order #54 which declares that all employees (faculty, staff, administrators, coaches, and student employees) of the University of Wisconsin System are required to immediately report any case of child abuse or child neglect that they learn of in the course of their employment.
