POSTING Open Meeting Notices

Open meeting notices shown on this page are for:

• search & screen committee meetings, and
• promotion, retention & tenure meetings

Tips for viewing the notices. 

• If you position your mouse cursor over one of the items listed below "Human Resources Meeting Announcements" the submitted information for that meeting will be displayed in the box just above - where all current posted notices display in rotation. 
• If you click on the meeting title itself (in either box) that meeting notice will open in a separate window. 
• Choosing "<< Back to blog"  from that new window displays all meeting notices currently posted on the site. 
• To return to the original page where you chose to view the meeting simply close the display window.

To post to this list:

• review the Open Meeting Rules Summary for information on how to format your notice
• double check to make sure you've included all of the information required
• send the meeting announcement via email to post@hrmeetings.posterous.com
• please allow 24 hours for us to post your notice
