POSTING Open Meeting Notices
HR open meeting notices are for:
- search & screen committee meetings, and
- promotion, retention & tenure meetings

Tips for viewing the notices.
- If you position your mouse cursor over one of the items listed below "Human Resources Meeting Announcements" the submitted information for that meeting will be displayed in the box just above - where all current posted notices display in rotation.
- If you click on the meeting title itself (in either box) that meeting notice will open in a separate window.
- Choosing "Back to blog" from that new window displays all meeting notices currently posted on the site.
- To return to the original page where you chose to view the meeting simply close the display window.
To post to this list:
- review the Open Meeting Rules Summary for information on how to format your notice
- double check to make sure you've included all of the information required
- send the meeting announcement via email to post@hrmeetings.posterous.com
- please allow 24 hours for us to post your notice
- Note: there is a short delay between the time your notice is posted to our Posterous page and when it will show up on the list below. If your notice does not yet appear here click on "Human Resources Meeting Notices" just above the list to view our posting page.
