Institutional Research Data Request

All on-campus requests for data are now being answered by the Office of Institutional Research. This includes requests for email addresses for on-campus research and surveys, requests for data extracts, and requests for repeat information. The link at the bottom of this page provides access to an online form to submit your Data Requests. The form helps us speed your request into our system.

HOW IT WORKS: If this is the first time you are submitting a data request, please read carefully.

Click on the link below. Our data request form is hosted by ITS; you will need to log into the Web Help Desk with your NetID account. You will then need to select Institutional Research Data Request from the Request Type drop-down menu.

Please complete all the fields in the online form. The form will time-out after 10 minutes, so if you have a complex request, please contact us directly. After you click "submit," we will receive the request, and a confirmation email will be sent to your UW-L email address shortly thereafter.
