ITS consists of three main work groups which provide services to the campus. Academic Technology Services focuses on the technologies used in instruction and includes Distance Education, Lecture Captures, Digital Media, Technology Classrooms, and labs. Network Operations & Telecommunications includes our server administration team, network services, and telecommunication. This group provides support for the campus technology infrastructure. Finally, Client Services includes help desk, technology support, training, and the university's enterprise group which supports the student information system-WINGS. The CIO office consists of a business manager for financial management, the Information Security Officer, and, of course, the CIO.
