Online Enterprise Work Order Request
The links below provide access to an online form with which we encourage you to submit your Data Requests. This can be used to submit requests to run known programs or submit requests for data extracts, etc. The forms help us speed your request into our system.
How it Works (Please Read the First Time Carefully)
Click on the link below and complete all fields in the online form. When you click Submit, we will receive the requests and a confirmation email should be sent to your UW-L email address shortly after we receive it.
